very valuable to us. Usually we will get back to you in the same day or in a couple hours.
In order to benefit other customers, we encourage you to use our discussion group as the main technical support resource.
Your post on the discussion group will be immediately forwarded to our support staff
without any delay.

When writing to us, please include the following information in your email:
- The operating system you are using. For example, Windows 2000 or Windows XP.
- The version of Microsoft Office you are using. For example, Microsoft Word 2003.
- Detailed descriptions of the issues you are having and the procedures to duplicate
them.
- Log file if possible. Please refer to How to Enable the Logging
Feature in FAQ.
- Screenshots if possible.

Advanced Support - $99 per incident
For more advanced support such as researching for JavaScript solutions, troubleshooting JavaScript errors, etc. service fees
will be charged on a per-incident basis. Please be advised that we can help you and instruct you, but we won't
be able to finish the form for you.
